A year-long initiative providing four local artists with rent-free housing inside Gravity. The residency produced murals, open studios and ongoing engagement that fostered genuine neighborhood acceptance and deepened Gravity's relationship with the Franklinton arts community.

A Franklinton Fridays arts programming event staged at Gravity, with Opera Columbus performing from the balconies while local artists OBLSK projection-mapped visuals onto flowing material below.
Over 500 attendees came to this complimentary community-wide event.

04 / Open Streets Festival
Gravity Mural Fest.
An open streets festival produced as the public celebration of Gravity Phase II's opening, spanning creative direction, artist curation, vendor coordination, site planning, and day-of execution across the full campus footprint.
The festival drew nearly 2,000 attendees and positioned Gravity as a destination for ambitious, community-rooted cultural programming in Franklinton.

Hard Hat Tour
Walking the Site, Together.
A guided in-progress walk-through for prospective tenants, brokers and capital partners: pairing the construction story with the leasing narrative. These tours consistently outperform every digital touchpoint in the funnel.
Groundbreaking Ceremony
Fairfield STEM School Groundbreaking
A community-wide groundbreaking marking the start of construction on the Fairfield STEM school: bringing together students, district leaders, civic partners and the project team. Programmed for press visibility and a memorable shared moment on site.

Philanthropy
Annual Franklinton Litter Cleanup.
An annual litter cleanup organized in collaboration with Besa, Kaufman Development, and the Franklinton Board of Trade, mobilizing volunteers across the neighborhood for a day of hands-on community care.
